About The Instructor
Mario Morales serves as Hospitality and Culinary Instructor for Impactful Bites at EntreNous Community Empowerment.
He brings extensive leadership experience from his time as General Manager and Executive Chef with Sodexo Corporate Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Los Angeles Branch, where he led high-volume professional kitchen operations.
Mario’s commitment to workforce development is grounded in both professional achievement and a deep respect for every learner’s potential. Mario holds an Associate of Vocational Studies from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and a FoodService Certificate from David L. Carrasco Job Corps. He is also a certified ProStart Educator, a CTE Credential holder in Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation, and an OSHA 10 General Industry Trainer.
