Violence interruption services, strategically train credible community members to break cycles of retaliatory violence, link high-risk individuals with essential social services, and foster a shift away from using firearms to resolve disputes.
Re-Entry Support
Reentry services are designed to help individuals transition back into society after incarceration, providing support for housing, employment, education, and other needs. These services aim to reduce recidivism and help individuals become successful members of their communities.
Direct Support
Key aspects of reentry services encompass providing housing solutions ranging from crisis stabilization to supportive living, employment assistance through job search and skills training, educational opportunities like GED completion, vital substance abuse and mental health treatment linkages, family support resources including reunification guidance, and legal aid for navigating parole and probation.
