Our Solar Installation Training marks a powerful step forward for Constructing Success Academy members as they prepare to enter one of the nation’s fastest-growing career fields. During the week-long training participants gained hands-on experience in solar installation, workplace safety, and industry-standard techniques that lead to stable, living-wage careers. The training was led by Matt McCarthy, Director of Workforce Training at Step Up Solar, whose expertise provided real-world insight and practical instruction. We are grateful to Matt and the Step Up Solar team for partnering with EntreNous Community Empowerment (and YouthBuild Global) to create this meaningful opportunity.
